At all times I conduct myself in accordance with the ethical and professional standards of the industry and abide by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors.
That said, in my experience as a Maui real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
I am a team player and have an established listing partnership with Courtney Brown. We service our listings together at no additional costs to our clients to ensure full coverage. This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we have found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything more quickly and efficiently. I have been a part of the West Maui community and the Kapalua Resort since 1978. My experiences include over fourteen years in the hotel industry, extensive experience in golf operations and tournament operations, Club Management, and General Manager of The Kapalua Villas.
Community service has been an important component in our family's lives. I have served the community for as long as I can remember, and since 2000 I have served as President of the Lahainaluna High School Foundation. Our organization provides resources and opportunities that help to "Perpetuate the Torch of Excellence" at Lahainaluna, the oldest school west of the Rockies.
